Opportunity
We're seeking a seasoned and strategic Senior Online Reputation Manager to lead our online brand presence. As a key member of the marketing team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive ORM strategy, ensuring a positive brand image and fostering strong relationships with our audience.
Responsibilities
Develop and Lead ORM Strategy: Craft a data-driven online reputation management strategy, aligning it with broader marketing and business objectives.
Proactive Reputation Management: Actively monitor online conversations across diverse platforms, including social media, review sites, news outlets, and online forums. Identify potential threats and opportunities to enhance brand sentiment.
Crisis Management Leadership: Develop and implement crisis communication plans, leading the internal team's response to potential online reputation crises. Ensure timely, consistent, and transparent communication to all stakeholders.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze online reputation data, including sentiment analysis, brand awareness, and competitor benchmarking. Generate regular reports that inform strategic decision-making.
Optimize Social Listening: Leverage social listening tools to uncover audience insights and trends. Utilize these insights to inform event planning, marketing strategies, and content creation.
Influence Brand Advocacy: Develop and implement programs to encourage brand advocacy, driving positive online reviews and social media engagement.
Stay Ahead of the Curve: Continuously research and implement best practices in online reputation management and social media marketing. Identify emerging trends and technologies to optimize brand presence.
Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (required).
Minimum 10 years of experience in online reputation management or social media marketing, with a proven track record of success.
Experience developing and implementing comprehensive ORM strategies.
Demonstrated expertise in social media listening tools and data analytics.
Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to influence and build relationships.
Experience leading and mentoring a team (preferred).
A passion for the live events industry (a plus).
