As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer to join our technology team and play a key role in building and enhancing our software platforms.

Position Summary

The Senior Software Developer is a critical member of the development team, responsible for defining functionality, leading development efforts, and delivering scalable software solutions. This role requires a highly experienced developer who can manage projects independently from conception to completion and provide mentorship and technical leadership to peers. As the key onsite developer, you will help shape the technical direction of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle software development for assigned projects, from initiation to launch.
• Participate in and influence the technical architecture and direction of projects.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to define software requirements and system enhancements.
• Develop clean, scalable code in VB.NET, ASP.NET, and C#.
• Maintain and enhance existing systems, perform debugging, and provide production support.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance across the team.
• Coordinate testing and deployment of new features and bug fixes.
• Support infrastructure needs, including software/hardware troubleshooting and minor network administration.
• Develop support documentation and user guides for internal tools and applications.
• Contribute to department-wide process improvement initiatives and standardization efforts.

Job Requirements/ Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field (required) 
• Master's degree in computer science (preferred, not required) 
• Minimum 9 years of relevant experience or a combination of education and equivalent experience 

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of sitting and computer use 
• Must be able to lift to 15 pounds 
• Must be able to access and move between all facility departments 
• Flexibility for extended hours or supporting multiple shifts when needed (e.g., orientation sessions) 

Other Relevant Duties

• Standard support for current systems, including software, hardware, printers 
• Minor network troubleshooting and administration 
• Ad hoc reporting and software documentation updates 
• Troubleshooting and resolution of reported bugs
