Responsibilities:

• Utilize various prospecting methods, including cold calling, lead generation, and networking, to acquire new accounts.
• Exceed predetermined sales goals through active selling efforts.
• Provide exceptional customer service to retain and expand the existing customer base.
• Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of clients Building Materials' products and services to effectively advise customers.
• Foster positive relationships with valued vendors.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of successful sales in the building materials industry, particularly selling to contractors.
• Strong customer service skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent proficiency in mathematics.
• Proficiency in computer skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively with minimal supervision.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Possession of a valid and current state-issued driver's license.
