Manufacturing Assembler

Job Description

The candidate will use blueprints and schematics along with various tools to build and assemble large pumps used in fire trucks . This role requires strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. The candidate will also be responsible for documenting defects and completing production logs .

Responsibilities

• Assemble large pumps using blueprints and schematics
• Use hand tools, power tools, presses, and assembly/test fixtures
• Operate measuring and testing instruments to verify quality
• Document defective products and production details accurately
• Safely use hand trucks, cranes, hoists, and related equipment
• Follow all safety and production procedures

Skills

• Hand tools and power tools

• Installation and mechanical assembly
• Pneumatics (preferred)
• Measuring tools (tape, gauges, testing instruments)

Schedule

• Regular schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Current overtime schedule: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday–Friday , with some Saturdays

Pay

• $17 per hour

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Ocala, FL.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Ocala,FL.
