Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced DTF Printer Operator to manage overnight/early-morning production. This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and confident running DTF equipment independently. The right candidate understands color accuracy, film handling, curing processes, and production workflow.

This is a production-focused position requiring consistency, speed, and attention to quality control.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor DTF printers during production runs.
• Prepare and load gang sheets efficiently.
• Perform daily printer maintenance (cleaning printheads, capping stations, ink checks).
• Manage powder application and curing process.
• Ensure accurate color output and print alignment.
• Troubleshoot minor printer issues independently.
• Maintain production pace to meet daily output goals.
• Keep workspace clean and organized.
• Report inventory needs (ink, film, powder).

Qualifications:

• Prior hands-on experience operating DTF printers (required).
• Understanding of RIP software and basic color management.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Basic computer skills.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Dependable and punctual (early start time is critical).

Schedule:

• 4:00 AM - 12:00 AM.
• 35-40 hours per week.
• Consistent schedule.
