Dietary Assistant
JOB TITLE: Dietary Assistant (Kitchen & Patient Services)
LOCATION: Boca Raton, FL
PAY: $17.00/hr.
SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday, 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM (Flexibility Required: Ability to cover weekends and PTO as needed)
WORK SETTING: On-site
Position Overview
In this role, you will support both kitchen operations and patient dining services in a fast-paced healthcare environment. This is a hands-on position with rotating responsibilities, offering the opportunity to gain well-rounded experience in food service and patient care support.
Minimum Qualifications

- Previous experience in food service, dietary aide, or kitchen environment
- Must be able to work on-site in Boca Raton, FL
- Must be flexible to work weekends and cover shifts as needed
- Subject to pre-employment screening
Essential Functions
Kitchen Stewarding & Sanitation (Approx. 50%)
- Wash dishes and maintain a clean, organized kitchen environment
- Sanitize work areas, equipment, and surfaces
- Support kitchen cleanliness and adhere to safety standards
Dietary & Food Service Support (Approx. 50%)
- Assist with food preparation and meal assembly
- Deliver meals to patients while providing excellent customer service
- Support café operations, including restocking and general upkeep
- Assist with receiving and organizing inventory deliveries
