We’re currently partnering with a well-established structural steel fabrication company in Lakeland, FL that is looking to hire Industrial Machine Operators . In this role, you'll operate and learn a variety of industrial fabrication and fulfillment machines used in the production of structural steel components.

The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, has a high level of energy and a willingness to learn, thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, and is eager to develop new skills through hands-on training.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Operate industrial machinery used in the fabrication and fulfillment of structural steel products
• Load, unload, and move steel materials throughout the production process
• Measure materials and verify parts meet quality specifications
• Meet daily and weekly production goals while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
• Perform routine machine maintenance, including daily, weekly, monthly, and annual preventative maintenance tasks as assigned
• Report tooling, consumables, maintenance needs, or equipment concerns
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Work closely with team members to support production goals and ensure efficient workflow
• Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing best practices
• Assist in other production areas as business needs require

Who We’re Looking For

• Previous experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Mechanically inclined with the ability to learn new equipment quickly
• High energy with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and cross-train on multiple machines within the department
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Team player who communicates well with others
• Ability to safely lift heavy materials throughout the shift
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, climbing, and working around large industrial equipment
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Commitment to workplace safety

What You Can Expect

• $18.00 - $22.00/hr, based on experience
• Monday – Friday, 6:55am – 4:30pm
• Weekly pay
