We’re growing and looking for experienced, high-performing licensed agents who can step into a independent role and produce from day one .

This is a great opportunity for agents who are already confident selling MAPD, ancillary, and final expense products and want a structured, high-earning environment FAST PASS

What You Need to Qualify

To be considered, you should have:
✔ Active Insurance License (2-40 or 2-15) ( REQUIRED)
✔ Proven experience selling Medicare Advantage (MAPD)
✔ Experience with Ancillary products
✔ Experience with Final Expense / Life Insurance (NOT REQUIRED)
✔ A track record of consistent production
✔ Ability to work independently while maintaining compliance AND following approved scripts.

Compensation

• paid weekly base/hourly

What You’ll Do

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls
• Sell Medicare Advantage, Life, and Ancillary products
• Maintain strict CMS & compliance standards
• Accurately document all sales activity
• Consistently meet or exceed KPIs
• Adhere to company policies
• Follow necessary approved scripts
• Be a good listener
• Assist clients with plans that meets their needs
• Enroll clients and retain clients
