PROGRAM DETAILS
The Management Trainee position is a unique 6-12 month development opportunity where you will gain rapid, hands on experience to the Ready-Mix Concrete business through a variety of leadership role assignments designed to enhance your knowledge and managerial skillset.
We are seeking driven and talented recent graduates or industry trained individuals who are interested in developing their career in the Ready-Mix concrete production industry, particularly in the area of Quality Control. This position is intended to provide valuable exposure to the business through a structured regimen of experiences involving different operations, functions, and disciplines.
ROTATIONAL LEARNING
As a Management Trainee, you will be able to train with our current leaders and subject matter experts in various facets of our Ready-Mix operations business, including but not limited to: Safety, Plant Management and Maintenance, Quality Control, Sales, Dispatch.

Qualifications & Education
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) with a concentration in Construction Management, Business, Concrete Industry Management or related field preferred or 2 years of college or a technical school completed with 2+ years of relevant experience required.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and strong analytical capabilities.
- Strong communication skills - oral, written, presentation - as well as ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels in the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to function effectively under tight deadlines, strict quality standards, and established business and customer requirements.
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite of Products.
