Remote Client Agent (Work From Home) | Flexible Schedule

Overview: We are seeking Remote Client Agents to join a growing remote team. This work-from-home opportunity is intended for individuals seeking schedule flexibility, professional development, and performance-based compensation. In this role, you will engage with prospective clients who have requested information and assist them in identifying solutions aligned with their needs. No prior experience is required; comprehensive training and ongoing support are provided.
- Key responsibilities
- Communicate with clients via telephone and virtual platforms
- Provide information and guidance tailored to client needs
- Schedule and conduct virtual appointments
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions
- Follow established training systems and operational processes
- Participate in optional training sessions and team meetings
- Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with virtual communication tools
- Willingness to learn and adhere to a structured system
