The Aielli Group is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House (FOH) Team Members to join our dynamic team Sea Salt. As a Front of House Team Member, you will be the face of our establishment, responsible for creating a positive first impression and ensuring an outstanding experience for our guests. You will work closely with the rest of the team to deliver prompt, friendly, and professional service while maintaining a clean and inviting environment.

We are currently looking for: SERVERS/ BARTENDERS/ RUNNERS/BUSSERS

Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression.- Assist with seating arrangements and accommodate special requests.- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system.- Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly and ensure guest satisfaction.- Maintain cleanliness and organization of FOH areas, including tables, floors, and restrooms.- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and precise food delivery.- Answer questions about menu items, specials, and events.- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and responsibly.- Provide support to other team members as needed to ensure a seamless operation.- Adhere to health and safety regulations while maintaining high standards of hygiene.- Participate in training and team meetings to improve skills and enhance service.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred, ideally in a restaurant or hospitality environment.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.- A friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for providing exceptional service.- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.- Basic math skills and proficiency in using POS systems or willingness to learn.
