Medicare Sales Field Agent
Humana seeks a Medicare Sales Field Agent to drive Medicare Advantage and prescription drug plan enrollments across an assigned territory. You will prospect and qualify leads, conduct community-based sales events, educate seniors on plan options, and complete compliant enrollments. Partner closely with local providers, brokers, and community organizations to build pipeline and meet growth targets. You will use CRM tools to track activity, follow strict CMS and Humana compliance standards, and deliver member-focused service aligned with Humana's mission to improve health and well-being.
Responsibilities
- Prospect, qualify, and convert Medicare-eligible leads within an assigned territory
- Conduct one-on-one and group educational sessions on Medicare Advantage and Part D plans
- Complete compliant applications and enrollments following CMS and Humana guidelines
- Develop relationships with providers, brokers, and community partners to generate referrals
- Plan and participate in community events, health fairs, and seminars to build awareness
- Use CRM tools to document activities, manage pipeline, and report sales performance
- Monitor local market trends and competitor offerings to refine sales strategies
- Provide post-enrollment support and handoff to service teams to ensure member satisfaction
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Medicare regulations, Humana products, and benefits
- Meet or exceed sales, enrollment, and quality targets set by Humana
