Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipping and Receiving Clerk to oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of our products. The ideal candidate will ensure that all shipments are processed accurately and efficiently, maintaining inventory integrity and supporting our production and delivery timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders, and inspect for damages.
• Prepare and process outgoing shipments, including packing, labeling, and documentation.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and organize stock in the warehouse.
• Coordinate with carriers and freight companies for pickups and deliveries.
• Ensure compliance with safety and company policies during loading and unloading.
• Assist with inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe at all times.
• Collaborate with production and sales teams to meet shipping deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to operate forklifts and warehouse equipment (training available if needed).
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to lift heavy packages and stand for extended periods.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
