CRM Systems & Automation Lead - Dynamics 365 (Miami-Dade County)

About the Role

You’ll take ownership of a critical CRM environment that sits at the center of multiple business systems.

This is not a heads-down development role.

You’ll be the person who:

• Makes sure everything works the way it should
• Connects business needs to technical execution
• Keeps workflows, automations, and integrations running smoothly

You’ll work across teams and have real influence on how systems evolve as the organization continues moving toward a modern, cloud-based environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Oversee day-to-day performance of a Dynamics 365 CRM environment
• Review and validate workflows, automations, and system changes
• Partner with internal teams to turn business needs into system improvements
• Work closely with developers to ensure solutions are built correctly
• Identify issues early and help prevent downstream problems
• Support ongoing enhancements as systems continue to evolve

What You Bring

• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM
• Strong experience with Power Automate and/or Power Apps
• Background working with workflows, automations, or system processes
• Ability to understand how systems connect and impact each other
• Comfortable working with both technical teams and business users
