Project Coordinator

- Assist in planning and scheduling project timelines and milestones.
- Coordinate communication between Beep, JTA, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Track project deliverables and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation including meeting notes, status reports, and action items.
- Support logistics for shuttle operations, including site readiness, signage, and rider engagement.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying risks and proposing solutions.
- Help organize and support community outreach and rider education events.
- Maintain accurate records and assist with data collection for performance reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Project Management, Transportation, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, MUST BE IN TRANSPORTATION, technology, or public sector projects.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, or similar).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Passion for innovation, mobility, and public service.
- Experience working with public agencies or transit authorities is a MUST HAVE
- Familiarity with autonomous vehicle technology or smart city initiatives.
