Position Summary

Beep is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support our partnership with the Jacksonville Transit Authority (JTA). This role will assist in the coordination, tracking, and execution of project activities related to autonomous shuttle deployments and mobility initiatives in the Jacksonville area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and scheduling project timelines and milestones.
  • Coordinate communication between Beep, JTA, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Track project deliverables and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation including meeting notes, status reports, and action items.
  • Support logistics for shuttle operations, including site readiness, signage, and rider engagement.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying risks and proposing solutions.
  • Help organize and support community outreach and rider education events.
  • Maintain accurate records and assist with data collection for performance reporting.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Project Management, Transportation, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, MUST BE IN TRANSPORTATION, technology, or public sector projects.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, or similar).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Passion for innovation, mobility, and public service.
  • Experience working with public agencies or transit authorities is a MUST HAVE
  • Familiarity with autonomous vehicle technology or smart city initiatives.
