Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, or four 10-hour shifts
Setting: Private Physical Therapy Outpatient Practice
EMR System: WebPT
Patient Volume: 1 patient per hour
Salary: $80,000 to $95,000 per year
Job Summary
We are looking for a Physical Therapist to join an outpatient clinic in Plantation that follows a 1 patient per hour model. The position centers on patient evaluation, treatment planning, and delivering one-on-one care that helps individuals improve strength, movement, and daily function.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate new patients and establish appropriate treatment goals
- Deliver outpatient therapy services tailored to each patient’s needs
- Reassess progress and update care plans when indicated
- Document evaluations, daily notes, and progress reports in WebPT
- Educate patients on exercise technique, recovery, and injury prevention
- Work collaboratively with the clinic team to support continuity of care
Requirements
- MSPT or DPT degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Active Florida Physical Therapist license
- Current CPR certification
- Outpatient background preferred, though new graduates may be considered
- Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
