Group Fitness Instructor (INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR)
Woodfield Boca Raton is seeking passionate Fitness Instructors (Contract) to join our team and lead our 60+ group classes per week. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various disciplines and desire to motivate and inspire class participants. Candidates may be required to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays . Great for those seeking a flexible schedule!
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES include:- Lead group fitness classes in one or more specific discipline, including but not limited to; Strength Training, HIIT, Aqua, Dance & Yoga.
- Instruct participants on proper body mechanics and form during exercises to ensure safety.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of physiology and anatomy to ensure safe and effective workouts.
- Design and implement fitness programs tailored to the needs of individual clients, including modifications and enhancements.
- Inspects all apparatus and areas for cleanliness and safety.
- All duties are to be performed in accordance with Woodfield Boca Raton departmental and property policies, practices, and procedures.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Current Accredited Personal or Group Fitness Certification
- Current CPR Certification
- Minimum of 1 year of experience
- Ability to work a variable schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Must possess great communication and customer service skills
