What are we looking for

At Cosentino ( we are seeking to employ a dynamic and organized Marketing Events Coordinator to join our Miami Head Office team and contribute to the successful planning and execution of various events. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, possesses excellent communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. As the Marketing Events Coordinator, you will work closely with the events team to ensure seamless coordination, efficient logistics, and exceptional experiences for our attendees.

CANDIDATES MUST BE LOCAL AND READY TO START NO LATER THAN OCTOBER 13TH

SHORT-TERM CONTRACT: 6 MONTHS

What you will do

• Vendor Coordination: Communicate with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary services and products, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery.

• Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with internal teams, clients, vendors, and event partners to ensure everyone is aligned on event details.

• Administrative Tasks: Assist with administrative duties such as preparing event materials, managing schedules, and maintaining event databases.

• Budget Tracking: Help monitor event budgets and expenses, ensuring that expenditures are within allocated limits.

• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the events team, marketing department, and other relevant stakeholders to achieve common goals.

• Travel required: Travel abroad and within the US for extended times (i.e: 2 continuous weeks)

What you need to succeed

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent, bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• 3+ Years of experience in both marketing and event management.
• Project management skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Organizational Skills: good time management and strategic thinking.
• Communication: Exhibit top-notch verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to interact professionally with diverse groups.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Problem-Solving: Show proactive initiative in identifying potential challenges and delivering timely solutions throughout event planning and execution.
• Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with event management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
• SAP and Salesforce knowledge is a plus.
• Capable of maintaining composure and handling stress effectively.
