Help Shape the Future of Audiology at Watson Clinic
Watson Clinic is seeking an experienced, forward-thinking Audiologist to join our growing team. We are looking to partner and collaborate with a subject matter expert to build a contemporary, patient-centered Audiology practice and Hearing Center that delivers comprehensive diagnostic, rehabilitative, and hearing aid services. This is an exceptional opportunity for a clinician who is passionate about advancing hearing healthcare while helping shape the strategic direction, clinical excellence, and continued growth of our Hearing Centers.
Responsibilities:
- Obtain comprehensive patient case histories and evaluate hearing concerns.
- Perform comprehensive diagnostic audiologic evaluations using evidence-based practices.
- Counsel patients and families regarding hearing loss, communication strategies, and treatment options.
- Recommend, fit, program, verify, and manage hearing aids and other assistive listening technologies.
- Provide exceptional follow-up care to optimize patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of both Hearing Center locations, ensuring high-quality patient care and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with clinic leadership to develop and expand a modern, comprehensive Audiology practice that reflects current best practices and emerging technologies.
- Establish, review, and implement departmental policies, clinical protocols, and quality initiatives.
- Communicate new technologies, workflow improvements, and policy updates to team members.
- Mentor staff, provide performance feedback, and promote a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
- Identify opportunities to improve clinical quality, patient experience, and operational efficiency.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and remain current with advancements in audiology and hearing healthcare.
Qualifications:
Education
- Master's Degree in Audiology or Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) required.
- Licensed or eligible for licensure as an Audiologist in the State of Florida.

Requirements:Education: Master's Degree or Au.D. required
Other Requirements: Must be licensed or eligible for licensing by the State of Florida as a Audiologist. Mental alertness; detail oriented; ability to use computer and testing equipment. Keyboard operations, computer, ability to work with hearing aids and ear molds.
Sign on bonus will be paid in full after passing probationary period. A Two (2) year commitment is required. NEW EMPLOYEES ONLY.
