OB Hospitalist in Lakeland, Florida. 7 x 24-hour shifts / 380K base / 75K sign on
- Provide 24-hour in-house coverage for labor and delivery, triage, obstetric and gynecologic emergencies, and postpartum care.
- Full-time physicians enjoy a flexible monthly schedule of seven 24/hour shifts.
- Ability to pick up additional shifts. No on-call.
- Manage unassigned OB patients and support private-practice physicians as needed.
- Perform deliveries, cesarean sections, and other emergent gynecologic surgeries.
- Collaborate with CNMs, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective patient care.
- MD/DO degree
- Board Certified or Board Eligible (cert required within 3 years) by American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Active and unrestricted medical license in Florida or ability to obtain one.
- Minimum of 3 years of post-residency OB/GYN experience is highly preferred.
- Excellent compensation package with base compensation beginning at $380,000/year, plus $75,000 starting bonus, plus annual performance incentive, plus annual retention bonus!
