Assistant Manager Details:

• Direct Hire position
• $25.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• Various shifts available ( Sunday through Saturday from 07:00am to 04:00pm )

• The Assistant Manager supports the General Manager in overseeing daily diner operations including staffing, training, food quality, service standards, safety, and guest satisfaction.
• This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to thrive in a high-volume environment.
• Assist with daily FOH & BOH operations to ensure smooth service
• Lead shifts, delegate tasks, and support staff needs
• Maintain consistent food quality, portioning, and speed of service
• Oversee cleanliness, safety, and facility standards Identify and resolve issues proactively

Assistant Manager Qualifications:

• 2+ years of restaurant leadership experience (diner/fast casual preferred)
• Strong communication and people-management skills
• Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, organized, and proactive Flexible availability (AM/PM/weekends) Valid driver’s license

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
