Technical Support Specialist | Customer Service & Order Support | Bradenton, FL

Job Details

• Location: Bradenton, FL

• Shift: M-F, 9:30AM- 5:30PM

• Pay: $19.00+/hourly - depends on experience

What You'll Be Doing

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.

• Use company computer systems to look up and provide status updates on parts, orders, and scheduled service dates.

• Document all customer interactions and follow-ups accurately in the system.

• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer inquiries.

• Assist field representatives and other departments with customer status updates.

• Perform routine administrative tasks such as processing outbound paperwork.

• Work in a team environment with rotating shifts or on-call availability as needed.

• Maintain a high level of customer service and communication throughout all interactions.

What We're Looking For

• Prior call center or customer service experience - minimum 1 year.

• Basic computer skills with comfort navigating multiple systems.

• Good communication and telephone skills.

• Ability to multitask and document information clearly.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
