HR Assistant/Coordinator (Boca Raton)

Join our dynamic team at Quadrant Health Group in Boca Raton, FL! We are looking for a skilled HR Assistant/Coordinator to provide essential support to our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will be proficient in ADP Workforce Now and possess a strong understanding of HR best practices. This role will involve a variety of administrative and coordination tasks, contributing to the smooth operation of our HR functions.

What You'll Do:

Major Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities:

ADP Workforce Now Management:

• Maintain accurate employee records within ADP Workforce Now, including new hires, terminations, and changes in status.
• Generate reports and analyze data from ADP Workforce Now to support HR initiatives.
• Provide support to employees and managers regarding ADP Workforce Now functionality.
• Troubleshoot ADP related issues.

Recruitment and Onboarding:

• Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
• Coordinate new hire onboarding, including paperwork, system setup, trainings and orientation.
• Maintain accurate recruitment and onboarding records.

Employee Relations:

• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
• Assist with employee events and programs.
• Maintain confidential employee files and records.

Benefits Administration:

• Assist with benefits enrollment and administration.
• Answer employee questions regarding benefits plans.
• Maintain benefits records.

Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Maintain accurate records for audits and compliance reporting.

Administrative Support:

• Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
• Utilize ADP Workforce Now for all aspects of HR administration, including payroll, benefits, timekeeping, and reporting.
• Schedule meetings and appointments.
• Assisting with HR projects.

• Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now is required.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR support role.
