Administrative Coordinator ( {{city}})

Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Contract to Hire Administrative Coordinator for a leading organization in the San Francisco Bay Area. This is a full-time, onsite position based in the SF Bay Area.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Coordinator who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. This role provides foundational administrative support with the opportunity to grow into broader responsibilities within the team. The ideal candidate is a quick learner with a can-do attitude and a passion for supporting high-performing teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Route incoming calls and provide phone support as needed
• Return customer calls, gather information, and assign estimate requests to project managers
• Coordinate scheduling for estimate appointments and manage calendars
• Support systems administration and interface with service providers to ensure smooth operations
• Assist in organizing cross-team administrative tasks and internal communications
• Process mail and distribute documents to appropriate team members

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to work onsite at the company office in the SF Bay Area
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
• Comfortable using technology and CRM platforms
• Positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
