We are seeking an Accounts Payable Administrator! You will be responsible for the effective management and profitable operation of your assigned tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Invoice processing and matching
- Warranty invoice processing
- Vendor discounts management
- Subcontractor invoice control
- Vendor set up and compliance
- Billing verification prior to payment
- Payment scheduling
- Recordkeeping and reporting
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of accounts payable or related accounting experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with 3-way invoice matching
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to manage deadlines an prioritize workload
- Experience in construction, HVAC or service-based industries
- Familiarity with subcontractor compliance requirements
