Your Role

• Foster a supportive and respectful environment that meets residents’ physical, emotional, and social needs
• Assist residents with daily living activities such as mobility, meals, personal care, and hygiene while promoting independence
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to ensure quality care
• Oversee self-administration of medications and assist with basic treatments as trained
• Encourage participation in activities that promote engagement and wellbeing
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow all health and safety guidelines
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development

What You Bring

• Active Florida CNA license required
• Medication administration certification preferred; training available for the right candidate
• Current CPR certification
• Completion of required HIV/AIDS training
• Basic computer proficiency and strong decision-making skills in a caregiving setting
