Account Receivable Clerk

We are looking to hire an Accounts Receivable Clerk. Position is onsite.

Duties/Responsibilities

· Ensure processing of all invoices is completed properly.

· Dealing with invoicing related coorespondence.

· Answering client billing querie

· Verifying pricing & posting/recording of invoices

· Protects the organization's value by keeping information confidential

· Other duties as assigned

Skills/Qualifications

· Three (3) years or more of experience

· PC Proficiency

· Knowledge of Excel is a must.

· High attention to detail and accuracy

· Experience working within the construction industry

· Team player
