We’re hiring a Part-Time Inside Sales Representative (Bilingual — English/Spanish) — a great fit if you want real, results-driven sales experience in one of the country’s most dynamic business markets. You’ll turn curiosity into conversations and conversations into meetings: working the phones, crafting short outreach messages for email and social, and partnering with the sales team to drive qualified appointments .

Expect afternoon hours starting at 12:00 PM , flexible weekday scheduling (~20 hours/week), paid training, and commission/bonus potential — plus hands-on skills employers actually want (outbound selling, bilingual business communication, CRM).

POSITION SUMMARY

The Inside Sales Representative builds and maintains a pipeline through high-activity bilingual outreach and targeted prospecting , with a clear focus on booking qualified meetings . You’ll research accounts, tailor outreach in English and Spanish, log activity in the CRM, and schedule appointments — serving as the bridge between first contact and the outside sales team.

You’re coachable, resilient, and professional on the phone and in writing — in both languages. You learn quickly, apply feedback, and continuously refine your approach.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Outreach & Pipeline Building

  • High-Volume Bilingual Outreach: Turn quick phone, email, and social touches — in both English and Spanish — into real conversations that lead to qualified meetings. (Paid training and proven scripts included.)
  • Messaging & Nurture: Craft short, compelling messages and follow-ups in both languages. Test call openers and outreach approaches to see what converts across Hollywood’s diverse business community.
  • Social Selling: Research the right contacts on LinkedIn and other platforms, personalize your approach, and start authentic conversations — never spam.

Appointment Setting & CRM

  • Appointment Setting (Primary Win): Book the win. Qualify interest and schedule high-value appointments for the sales team, capturing clean notes in the CRM so hand-offs are smooth.
  • Pipeline Management: Own your dashboard. Track activity, follow-ups, and progress toward goals — and turn metrics into wins.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Partner with Marketing — share what’s working, request creative assets, and see your ideas tested live in real campaigns.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We are specifically seeking candidates who are fully fluent in English and Spanish and available for part-time afternoon hours.

  • Bilingual English/Spanish — Required. Must be fully fluent in both languages (spoken and written) to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking business owners and decision-makers across the Hollywood market. Candidates who do not meet this requirement will not be considered for this role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
  • Comfortable with outbound outreach and building new relationships over the phone
  • Organized, self-motivated, and accountable to daily and weekly activity goals
  • Available for afternoon hours, Monday–Friday (~20 hours/week, starting at 12:00 PM)
  • Skilled in using social media as a business tool
  • Preferred: Prior sales, marketing, or customer-facing experience
  • Plus: CRM familiarity (HubSpot/Salesforce) ; experience engaging Hollywood’s diverse business community
