What You Will Do
Consult & Advise: Follow up on warm leads to connect with families, assess their financial needs, and provide expert guidance.
Present Solutions: Explain life, health, and final expense insurance products in a clear, relatable, and empathetic manner.
Close the Sale: Overcome objections, tailor coverage to fit client budgets, and write applications efficiently from the field or your home office.
Build Lasting Relationships: Deliver exceptional post-sale customer service to ensure high client retention and generate organic referrals.
What We Are Looking For
Active License: You must possess an active, valid state Life and Health Insurance License .
Sales DNA: A proven track record of closing sales and a competitive, goal-oriented mindset. (Experience in life/health insurance is strongly preferred).
Exceptional Communicator: High emotional intelligence, active listening skills, and the ability to build immediate trust with families from all walks of life.
Self-Starter: The discipline to manage your own schedule, follow up on leads aggressively, and treat your role like a growing business.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software, virtual meeting platforms (Zoom), and digital application portals.
