Mechanical Engineer
Alphanumeric is hiring a MECHANICAL ENGINEER Level 2 to work in Lake Mary, FL, with an environmentally friendly energy innovator focused on sustainability.
Pay Range: $70,000 - $90,000
Key Responsibilities:
- creating installation procedures, going from foundation to installation of equipment, revising and updating procedures
- reviewing drawings, piping and instrumentation diagrams, reviewing schematics, reviewing single line diagrams (electrical drawings), general arrangement drawings, need to know standards and codes
Key Skills/Education/Experience:
- Looking for oil and gas or the power generation industry
- Mechanical engineer bachelors
- 4 years of experience
- Experience with turbines would be nice to have
- Piping experience, rotor alignments for pumps and motors
- Self-sufficient, good communication skills since they will be creating the narratives of the procedures, and critical thinking needed to be able to analyze drawings, etc.
- Spanish, Portuguese, or Japanese
Must be able to work W2
