About the Role:

As a Specialty Outlet Server at Hilton Marco Island Beach Resort & Spa, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to provide attentive and personalized service, ensuring that each guest feels valued and well-cared for during their visit. You will be expected to have a deep understanding of the menu offerings, including ingredients and preparation methods, to effectively communicate with guests and make recommendations. Additionally, you will collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery, contributing to the overall efficiency of the dining operation. Ultimately, your goal is to create memorable moments for our guests, enhancing their overall experience at our resort.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a food service or hospitality role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a fine dining or upscale restaurant environment.
• Knowledge of wine and beverage pairings.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer any questions regarding food and beverage offerings.
• Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen staff promptly.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns or requests.
• Process payments and ensure a smooth checkout experience for guests.
