Accounting Coordinator

education: No Degree Required Responsibilities Key Responsibilities
- ERP Management: Execute high-volume data entry, payment applications, and complex reconciliations within Sage 100 .
- Construction Billing: Support the AR cycle specifically for construction projects, ensuring accuracy in job costing and account balancing.
- Operations Logistics: Manage the manual delivery of check runs several times per week.
- Reporting & Compliance: Assist the Controller and Operations Manager with aging reports and ensuring all project-related documentation is up to date.
- Team Collaboration: Maintain open communication with project leads to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure timely collections.
