PRIMARY JOB DUTIES:
- Align facility painting task completion with operational and sales schedule for the community.
- Facility painting including drywall repair, texture, finishing and painting.
- Order and maintain supplies.
- Maintain clean work areas, including shops and tools.
- Work with other team members, sharing information and assisting them with work orders and other tasks as directed.
- Other duties as assigned.
