Senior Copywriter
- Define how people understand Molekule: our products, our science, and our mission to bring clean, healthy air to everyone
- Help refine and evolve Molekule’s brand voice and tone across channels and markets including TV, social, paid performance, experiential, and more
- Concept and write across the funnel, including: advertising, email, website redesigns, landing pages, product launches, packaging, app structure, and help content
- Partner closely with designers and art directors from concept through execution
- Translate complex scientific and technical information into clear, human, trustworthy copy
- Research, validate, and cite sources to support claims and messaging
- Ensure consistency, clarity and accuracy across all customer-facing language
- At least 5+ years of experience in a copywriting and/or UX writing role
- A strong portfolio demonstrating brand, product, and performance work
- Exceptional attention to detail and pride in craft at both the conceptual and line-edit level
- Comfort working with research, data, and source material to inform creative work
- A clear understanding of how language, claims and trust work together in science-driven or regulated categories like healthcare, med tech, etc.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to balance creativity with responsibility
- Ability to write clearly and confidently across formats, from high-level brand storytelling to precise product and UX copy
- Strong editing skills and a high bar for accuracy, consistency, and clarity
- Experience working within legal, regulatory, or scientific guardrails
- Work under the Creative Director and Brand Team to plan, scope and prioritize copy needs across campaigns, launches, and initiatives
- Help improve creative workflows by anticipating needs, flagging risks and maintaining a forward-looking planning mindset
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Legal, Marketing and Channel teams
- Experience with UX writing and best-in-class principles for digital products
- Familiarity with website and app ecosystems, not just campaign work
- Ability to think structurally about language, hierarchy and user flows
- This role reports directly to the Creative Director. Performance will be evaluated based on quality of work, accuracy, consistency, ability to meet deadlines and overall contribution to the company’s growth and brand health.
- This role will create work for and collaborate closely with the Head of Paid Media, Head of Channel Marketing, Sr. Director of Lifecycle and E-commerce, Product teams, and ultimately the Molekule executive team.
- This role will work alongside brand designers, art directors, and the Social Media and Influencer Manager.
