What You’ll Do

• Drive Business Development : Expand our client base through consultative outreach and relationship-building with finance and accounting leaders.

• Lead Recruitment : Recruit and place highly skilled accounting and finance professionals, from staff accountants to CFOs, ensuring strong cultural and technical alignment.

• Consult & Advise : Provide clients with market intelligence, compensation insights, and hiring strategies to support business objectives.

• Mentor & Collaborate : Work alongside industry-leading partners, with the opportunity to guide junior recruiters as the division grows.

Who We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of staffing recruiting experience, ideally within IT & Technical Staffing

• Proven track record of new business development skills

• Experience managing client relationships and full-cycle recruitment with measurable success.

• Self-driven, disciplined, and motivated by results.

• Ability to work in our Orlando, FL office (not a remote role).
