Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our fast-paced, quick service restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service management and hospitality, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team, ensuring efficient food preparation, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.

Duties:

• Supervise daily operations to ensure the smooth functioning of the restaurant.
• Manage staff performance, including hiring, training, and scheduling employees.
• Oversee food preparation processes to guarantee quality and safety standards are met.
• Handle cash management procedures, including daily deposits and financial reporting.
• Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure operational efficiency.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high morale among staff.
• Implement marketing strategies to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to maintain a high level of service.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the kitchen and dining areas.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the quick-service fast-food restaurant industry.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
• Experience with cash handling procedures and financial management.
• Background in hospitality management or food service management is preferred.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
