**What You'll Do:**
+ Greet and assist visitors and/or employees in a professional and courteous manner at the front desk within a transportation facility.
+ Monitor access control systems to help to deter unauthorized entry and maintain awareness of individuals entering or exiting the location.
+ Maintain accurate and detailed records of visitor logs, incidents, and/or unusual occurrences as required by site-specific policies.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while following established protocols.
+ Communicate promptly and clearly with Allied Universal management, client representatives, and/or emergency responders as necessary.
+ Follow security-related procedures and site-specific policies to provide customer service and support daily operations.
+ Assist in implementing emergency response activities when appropriate, according to established guidelines.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ A minimum of three years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience or a college degree is required.
+ An armed guard card or license is required.
+ Experience with customer service is preferred.
+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
+ CPR certification is preferred.
+ Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
+ Participate in industry-specific security-related training programs.
