Position Overview
RavenWolf LLC is seeking a driven and self-motivated B2B Sales Executive — Managed IT Services to own and grow new business development efforts.
In this role, you'll work directly with company leadership to identify opportunities, engage business decision-makers, and close recurring managed IT service agreements.
You will be responsible for the entire sales process—from prospecting and discovery to proposal development and contract execution.
This is a fully remote, commission-only opportunity designed for professionals who thrive in performance-based environments and want unlimited earning potential tied directly to their results.
What You'll Do
Business Development & Prospecting
Prospect and develop new business opportunities
Target small-to-mid-sized businesses and decision-makers
Generate and manage your own sales pipeline
Build relationships with business owners, executives, and office managers
Identify organizations that could benefit from managed IT services and cybersecurity support
Consultative Sales Process
Conduct discovery calls and virtual technology assessments
Identify operational challenges, technology risks, and support gaps
Educate prospects on managed IT, cybersecurity, and technology strategy solutions
Communicate technical risks and business impact in a clear, non-technical way
Build credibility and trust with business stakeholders
Proposal Development & Closing
Collaborate on solution design, pricing, and service recommendations
Present proposals and business cases confidently
Manage multi-touch sales cycles from first conversation to signed agreement
Close recurring managed service contracts ranging from approximately $1,500–$5,000+ monthly recurring revenue (MRR)
Pipeline & CRM Management
Maintain accurate CRM activity and opportunity tracking
Manage follow-up schedules and sales processes effectively
Meet monthly MRR production targets
Achieve quarterly pipeline and revenue goals
What We're Looking For
Sales Experience
Minimum 2+ years of experience selling B2B services
Experience in one or more of the following is highly preferred:
Managed IT Services (MSP)
Technology services
Telecommunications
Copier and office technology sales
Cybersecurity services
Business consulting services
Recurring revenue service models
Sales Mindset
Hunter mentality with strong prospecting skills
Comfortable building a pipeline from cold outreach through close
Strong ownership and accountability
Ability to work independently without micromanagement
Entrepreneurial and highly self-motivated
Communication & Business Acumen
Strong consultative selling skills
Ability to communicate technology risks and business value clearly
Comfortable engaging multiple stakeholders during longer sales cycles
Professional presentation and relationship-building abilities

Excellent follow-up habits
Ability to manage 30–90 day sales cycles effectively
Organized and process-driven approach to pipeline management
Remote Work Requirements
Comfortable working remotely full-time
Able to maintain consistent prospecting and pipeline activity independently
Motivated to succeed in a commission-only compensation structure
Compensation
Commission Structure
15% of First-Year MRR on every closed deal
10% Monthly Residual Income for the life of each active client account
20% Commission Accelerator once you exceed $10,000 in new MRR within a month
Earnings Example
Close a client at:
$3,000/month MRR
You earn:
$5,400 upfront commission
$300/month recurring residual income
Ongoing compounding income as your client portfolio grows
Earnings Potential
Expected Year 1 Earnings:
$60,000–$90,000+
Top performers who consistently build recurring revenue portfolios can significantly exceed these ranges.
There is no cap on commissions, residuals, or income potential.
