Team Leader In Training

Country Chicken N' Fish in Lakeland, FL is looking for one team leader in training to join our 23 person strong team. We are located on 1263 Kathleen Rd. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and reliable.

We are looking for an energetic and motivated Team Leader to join our fast-paced Quick Service Restaurant (QSR). This is a 6 month training program that will prepare you to be an effective leader in the restaurant and beyond

As a key member of the Leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and leading a team to success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support team members to ensure high standards of service and food quality.
• Assist with training, coaching, and developing staff to meet performance goals.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock control, and minimize waste.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve complaints professionally.
• Maintain a positive and productive work environment.
• Assist with scheduling, shift management, and cash handling duties.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous experience in a team leader, shift supervisor, or similar role in a QSR or fast-paced food service environment is good but not required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures is a plus.
• Have a VERY high sense of urgency and be self motivated
• Have a high capacity for self accountability and own the results.
