Tambolina Services is searching for a Temporary Office Assistant Position for the Jacksonville office beginning November 15 through December 31, 2025. The position is essentially to carry our day-to-day office work, such as filing, keeping basis rcords, contacting clients and caremanagers, following up of schedules of caregivers and reminding caregivers about their responsibilities to sign into the electronic verification apps. The individual will also assist the Administrative Associate to do payroll by collecting and entering data of hours completed by the caregivers and contacting the Accounting Office about the Payroll and hours collected.

The Temporary Assistant will report to the Director and the Administrator any issues encountered for further directions. The Director will be responsible for the training and assisting the Assistant to conduct business in the office. If there is a need for long term recruitment after the six weeks of work, the Temporary Assistant will be notified by the Director to continue work or assist in other areas of the office. Hours of work are from 9.30 am to 2:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
