Role Purpose Statement

Main Accountabilities

General Purpose: Work closely with internal department to support maximum opportunities by analyzing discrepancies from billing usage and actual usage. Resolve root causes for variances.

Compare billed materials quantities to actual material quantities used Analyze quantity variances and prioritize actions in order to identify opportunities for savings Resolve root cause for variances which will validate operation activities and CSC revenue such as yield testing, process improvement, communication with other teams Produce requisition forms through system tools and distribute for daily operational support Recommend opportunities for improvement through a team approach Perform ad-hoc analysis and special projects as required Participate and support company sponsored initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Associate degree preferred One to three years applicable experience Advanced reconciliation skills required Self-directed with strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills required Process improvement experience required Working knowledge of SAP, Excel, as well as some experience working with databases Experience with CBASE is a plus Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Strong problem-solving skills Detail oriented Physical Demands and Working Conditions:

Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally (1/3 to 2/3 of time) and/or negligible amount of force constantly (2/3 or more of time) to move objects; requires significant degree of walking or standing; requires sitting most of the time but entails pushing and/or pulling of arm or leg controls; requires working at a production rate pace entailing the constant pushing and/or pulling of materials even though the weight of those materials is negligible.
