About MAASS: Inspired by European and Japanese techniques and ingredients, Chef Ryan Ratino and his Michelin-starred team bring a luxurious wood-fired cooking experience to Fort Lauderdale. Guests indulge in exquisite ingredients sourced from top markets in Europe and Japan, with a focus on Japanese seafood and luxury fruits, complemented by polished service including table-side cocktails and food presentations. We aim to recreate the dining experiences of Europe's most exciting gastronomic cities.
