Position Overview
As a Call Center Sales Representative, you will connect with business owners by phone, learn about their financial needs, and educate them on available solutions.
Success in this role comes from building rapport, asking thoughtful questions, understanding client needs, and guiding prospects through the sales process with professionalism and integrity.

What You'll Do
Speak with business owners and decision-makers by phone
Build rapport and establish trusted relationships
Understand client needs through consultative conversations
Educate prospects on available financial solutions
Schedule appointments and conduct follow-up calls
Maintain consistent communication throughout the sales process
Manage and update customer information within the CRM system
Meet individual activity and performance goals
Collaborate with team members and leadership to achieve results
Deliver an outstanding client experience on every interaction

Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers
Basic computer proficiency
Preferred Qualifications
Previous phone sales, call center, customer service, or inside sales experience
Experience in financial services, business services, or account management
CRM experience is a plus
No financial services experience is required. We provide training for motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow.
