- Clean and sanitize locker rooms, restrooms, showers, saunas, and steam rooms.
- Clean fitness equipment, including cardio and strength machines, throughout each shift.
- Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and sanitize all floors and surfaces.
- Empty trash and recycling containers and replace liners.
- Restock paper products, soap, sanitizer, and other housekeeping supplies.
- Clean mirrors, windows, glass doors, and other glass surfaces.
- Maintain cleanliness of studios, group fitness rooms, cycle rooms, basketball courts, and common areas.
- Clean and sanitize water fountains and bottle filling stations.
- Wipe down handrails, door handles, counters, benches, and other high-touch surfaces regularly.
- Maintain towel stations by collecting, folding, stocking, and organizing clean towels.
- Report maintenance issues, broken equipment, or safety hazards to management immediately.
- Safely use cleaning chemicals and equipment according to company policies and OSHA standards.
- Maintain housekeeping carts, equipment, and storage areas in a clean and organized condition.
- Follow daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules.
- Assist with deep-cleaning projects as assigned.
- Respond promptly to spills, accidents, or emergency cleaning situations.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service to members and guests while working throughout the facility.
