Digital Marketing/Business Development Coordinator
Job description
ShopHer Media is currently expanding its Digital Marketing Coordinator team and is looking for entry level, passionate and persistent go-getters to join our team, based out of Fort Lauderdale, FL.
The Business Development Coordinator is responsible for supporting our agency leadership team with growth of new business opportunities via prospecting, strategizing, communicating and lining up meetings with major brands and digital marketing agencies.

The position is full time at our offices based in Fort Lauderdale – no telecommuting.
Ideal Candidate/Responsibilities:
This position will be responsible for prospecting and communicating with major brands and digital marketing agencies.
- Support the company’s marketing and sales department in all project efforts.
- Leverage ShopHer Media’s existing relationships and hunt for new clients via prospecting tools and services.
- Help develop internal marketing/sales strategies and collateral.
- Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
- Establishing and maintaining an adequate lead pipeline to meet the requirements of the company’s sales objectives
- Build and cultivate prospective relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications with team members in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
- Manage data for new and prospective clients in CRM, ensuring all communications are logged in accurately and in a timely manner.
- Work with the sales team to develop and grow the sales pipeline.
- Strategize with marketing agencies and brands to determine their digital marketing needs.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge and understanding of digital marketing.
- Strong verbal, written and phone skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with a high level of energy to maintain enthusiasm and drive results.
- Ability to engage and build relationships with high-level executives.
- Strong knowledge of CRM’s software and Microsoft Office products – Word, Excel, & PowerPoint.
- Enthusiastic about a long-term, meaningful career in digital media.
- Feel comfortable in an internet startup atmosphere, working for a company that truly values its employees.
- Interested in growing with a successful firm that will embrace your personal and professional goals.
- High school diploma but B.A./B.S. or equivalent degree preferred
