Sales Associate

Salary Range: $30,000.00 - $80,000.00 Job description: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join McKibben Powersports of Lake Wales as a Sales Representative. This role position requires a strong background in sales, along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Responsibilities: Sales and Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with their inquiries, addressing concerns, and offering product knowledge.
Identify and understand customers’ needs to provide tailored solutions and recommendations.
Promote powersports products and services to potential customers, ensuring sales targets are met or exceeded.
Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase boat models, features, and benefits.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies, generate leads, and close deals.
Maintain and expand the customer database by building strong relationships with new and existing customers. Candidates must be proficient in social media platforms and creating engaging video content for various social media platforms. Qualifications: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the powersports or automotive industry.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
Proficiency in using financial software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
A passion for boats, watersports, or the marine industry is a plus.
