Position Details

• Role : VPK Lead Teacher

• Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Pay : Starting at $17/hour (based on experience and education)

Qualifications

To be considered, you'll need:

• CDA or a degree in Early Childhood Education (or related field)

• Completion of the 45-hour DCF training

• Current First Aid & CPR certification

• At least 2 years of experience in a licensed child care setting

• VPK classroom experience required

• Create and lead engaging, age-appropriate lessons aligned with Florida VPK standards

• Foster a safe and nurturing environment where children thrive

• Build strong family connections , sharing progress and insights

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
