Teacher - Remote | WFH

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Infant and Toddler Teacher to support the social, emotional, physical, linguistic, and cognitive development of young children. In this role, you will create a safe, engaging, and supportive learning environment both in the classroom and outdoor play areas. You will also establish individual goals for children, monitor their progress, and assist with transitions into educational settings.

A key part of this role is fostering strong relationships with families by encouraging parental engagement in their child's development. Additionally, professional growth is valued, and teachers are expected to participate in a professional development plan, which may include obtaining university credentials.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Child Development with a focus on Infant and Toddler Development.

At least two years of experience as an infant/toddler teacher or caregiver.

Basic computer skills for documentation and communication.

Valid Florida State Teacher Certification.

Valid driver's license, personal vehicle, and liability insurance.

Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of Early Childhood Education models and standards.

English as a Second Language (ESL) certification.

Master's degree in Education.

What You'll Be Doing

Creating and implementing engaging learning experiences for infants and toddlers.

Observing and assessing children's progress, adjusting educational strategies as needed.

Encouraging parental involvement in their child's education and development.

Ensuring a safe, nurturing, and structured environment.

Attending and supervising educational field trips.

Participating in staff meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development.

Traveling as needed to accompany children (ages 14 and under) to designated locations within the United States.

Performing other duties as assigned.
