- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
- 40 hours per week
Compensation:
- $1,350 USD per week

Since 2006, we specialize in upscale home remodeling and additions, delivering projects ranging from $100K to $1M+, including kitchens, bathrooms, and full home renovations.

Position Overview:
- We are seeking an experienced Field Supervisor with a strong background in South Florida construction who can confidently manage jobs from start to finish.
- This role requires someone who understands permitting, inspections, high-end finishes, and customer interaction, while leading crews and keeping projects moving efficiently.
Key Requirements (MUST HAVE):
- Proven experience working in Florida construction (local codes, inspections, and processes)
- Clean background check
- Strong knowledge of upscale residential finishes (high-end kitchens, bathrooms, custom work)
- Experience working with permits and passing inspections
- Ability to handle homeowners professionally and represent the company on-site
- Strong experience supervising jobs and managing subcontractors
Responsibilities:
- Supervise residential projects (especially room additions and remodels) from start to finish
- Coordinate and manage all subcontractors and trades
- Ensure all work meets plans, specs, and quality standards
- Be present for all inspections, handle corrections, and move projects forward
- Review and understand architectural, structural, and MEP plans
- Maintain job site organization, safety, and workflow
- Communicate daily with office, project managers, and clients
- Ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget
- Verify all required permits and approvals are in place
- Hands-On Knowledge (Preferred)
You should understand or be able to perform:
- Framing, drywall, and basic carpentry
- Plumbing fixtures (toilet, sink, shower sets)
- Paint, touch-ups, and general finishing work
- General handyman skills
Qualifications:
- 5–10+ years of field experience in residential construction
- Strong experience with room additions and remodeling projects
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans
- Proven leadership: able to control, lead, and direct crews
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
