Home Health Administrator (RN)

$100,000–$115,000 Base Salary + Quarterly Bonus

About the Opportunity

A well-established and growing Medicare-certified home health agency is seeking an experienced Home Health Administrator to lead its Clearwater operation. The agency has a patient census exceeding 500 and is seeking a hands-on leader with strong experience in Medicare home health, clinical operations, OASIS, compliance, and team management.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Home Health Administrator, Director of Nursing, Director of Clinical Services, or senior Clinical Manager ready to take the next step in their career.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinical and operational performance of the agency
• Lead and develop nurses, therapists, clinical managers, and interdisciplinary staff
• Ensure compliance with Medicare Conditions of Participation and state and federal regulations
• Oversee OASIS-E documentation, clinical quality, and documentation compliance
• Lead QAPI and performance improvement initiatives
• Monitor patient outcomes, productivity, quality, and operational metrics
• Maintain survey and accreditation readiness
• Partner with intake, scheduling, physicians, and executive leadership
• Support recruiting, onboarding, retention, and development of clinical staff
• Conduct and participate in case conferences and care planning
• Identify operational challenges and implement process improvements
• Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and exceptional patient care

Qualifications

• Current Florida RN license
• Recent leadership experience within a Medicare-certified home health agency required
• Strong OASIS/OASIS-E knowledge and review experience
• Strong understanding of Medicare regulations and Conditions of Participation
• Experience managing multidisciplinary clinical teams
• QAPI, quality assurance, and survey readiness experience
• Ability to manage a high-volume, fast-paced home health operation
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• WellSky experience highly preferred
